Do you handle long-distance moves?
Yes. We coordinate cross-state and cross-country relocations with dedicated trucks, GPS tracking, and a single coordinator who stays with you from pickup to delivery.
How is pricing calculated for a local move?
Local jobs are billed hourly based on crew size and truck type. The clock starts when we arrive and stops when the last item is placed. We always provide a written estimate before work begins.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Bed frames, desks, dining tables, shelving units, and most standard furniture pieces are taken apart before loading and put back together at the destination — at no additional charge.
Can you move a piano, pool table, or heavy specialty item?
We can. Our team uses the right equipment for pianos, pool tables, gun safes, and other oversized or delicate items. Let us know what you need moved when you book.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Most local moves carry a two-hour minimum. The exact requirement depends on crew size and is confirmed when you book. Long-distance moves are priced separately based on weight and mileage.
What items cannot be transported?
We are unable to move hazardous materials, flammable liquids, live plants, perishable food, or ammunition. If you have a specific item you are unsure about, ask before moving day.
How do I prepare for moving day?
Label boxes by destination room, clear pathways, set aside valuables you plan to carry yourself, and confirm truck parking near your entrance. We send a full preparation checklist by email after booking.
